I had trouble with a leaking balcony. I originally thought a smaller fix would solve the issue and hired Proper Hour Handyman. When it turned out to not work, Vadim immediately issued a full refund, without any hassle and followed up with a recommendation on how to properly fix the leak. I decided to go with them again for the work, and I am very satisfied. Sergei replaced the faulty membrane and added new tile over top. The final result looks very clean and professional (and even better than the original tile in my opinion). They guarantee their work, and are very courteous and always on time. So far no leaks! Would not hesitate to do business with these people again.

Perfection! It was very easy to schedule and co-ordinate the appointment. Super responsive and what amazing work was done by Aleksandr! Even though he didn't speak English very well, communication was no problem at all. He was very attentive and understood what was needed, was super quick to do it! Essentially he did everything very fast without compromising the quality of the work!! Highly recommend!

They did a great job assembling and installing a light fixture on a ~18-19ft ceiling and cleaned up the area after they were done. Fair pricing, very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely contact them again if we need a handyman in the future!
